Health Technical Memorandum

Health Technical Memoranda (HTMs) provide in depth guidance and advice on the design, installation, operation and management of specialised equipment and processes within a healthcare environment.

HTMs have been the leading documents for decontamination within the UK over the last two decades and draw upon information contained within several British (BS), European (EN) and international (ISO) standards.

In order to incorporate the changes over the years in the original BS, EN and ISO reference material they are now gradually being replaced by the CFPP series of guidance documents.
