Ultrasonic Cleaner: Volume of Water Used Per Stage

Testing Ultrasonic Cleaners

Volume of Water Used Per Stage

This test is performed to ensure that the amount of water supplied to the ultrasonic cleaner is sufficient for the required process. If the water supply requested is too low the efficacy of the cycle may be affected. If the water supply requested is too much this may cause problems with the services attached to the machine.

This test should only be undertaken by a competent and trained person.

The test is required to be completed for each cycle type that the ultrasonic cleaner operates.
